• I love Sarah Blondin’s podcast and meditations. She is wise, engaging, personal and in touch with herself and life in a way that few people are, in my experience. • Eckhart Tolle stands out as a wonderful writer, teacher and advocate for a rich and vibrant spiritual life. His books, “The Power of Now”, and “A New Earth”, have inspired me to change so much of my own practice. And he has many products to choose from to explore his offerings. • The InsightTimer app offers many wonderful Meditation Teachers, music pieces, and simply a meditation timer for starting and stopping your meditations. I use it everyday. Some of my favorite teachers there are: Tom Evans, Sarah Blondin, Stefan Pende Wormland, Sensei Paul Cooper, Davidji, Sadhguru, The Wong Janice, Sonic Yogi, Tara Brach, and Mooji. • Timothy Ferriss, author, podcastor, and LifeHacker, has inspired me for many years now. Totally irreverent, able to leap tall thought-obstacles with a single bound, Tim’s podcast and interviews are deeply felt, his writing is stimulating and challenging, and his weekly “Five-Bullet Friday” always delivers into my inbox five jewels that he is exploring himself. Good stuff, Tim will light up your mind, guaranteed. His “4-Hour” book series is a manifesto on how to hack life, from busting open our taken-for-granted ideas about work, to expanding the experience of our bodies, to the art of cooking, in ways that are unpredictable when we first pick up the books.
